The DSC system was designed using experience we gained in designing soak tanks for other companies.  When we decided to produce our own system, we were able to draw upon all of that experience to produce the most efficient system possible.

DSC Soak Tank

The design goal for the DSC Tank was to produce a very rugged tank that will withstand the conditions found in a commercial food service environment.  In addition the tank had to fit into the food service environment without using any free floor space,  but be large enough to allow the cleaning  of 18” x 26” baking pans.  It also needed to be easy to clean, refill, and move around.

Deep Soak Cleaner Concentrate

The DSC Cleaner Concentrate is formulated to be effective against the most difficult grease and carbonized food soils found in a commercial environment.  It is a unique blend of surfactants that works at room temperature,  for 30 days, and will not harm or pit aluminum or stainless steel.  It is non-corrosive, bio-degradeable,  and can be put into a floor drain when the tank is cleaned.   One 7lb. box of DSC Powder Concentrate is added to 30 gallons of water in the tank to produce the working solution.

  • Durable Design and Construction

  • The DSC Tank is designed to withstand the rough handling of a commercial food service environment. It is molded from Polyethylene and has a wall thickness of .250″ for long term strength and durablilty.
    Inside dimensions – 12″ wide x 31″ long x 23″ deep
    The overall size  of the DSC Tank is 33.5” long x 28.5 “ high x 16.25” wide

  • The DSC Tank intergrates easily into a kitchen environment by fitting completely under a drainboard or counter.

    The large diameter rear wheels provide stability while the front casters allow for easy movement of the tank around the workspace.

  • Immersion Rack

  • The Stainless Steel Immersion Rack allows for the easy insertion and removal of filters, pots, pans and baking sheets without the need to reach into the solution.
    Room Temperature soak solution means less risk for the people using the system.

  • The Built in drain valve allows easy emptying of the tank into a floor drain. The recessed design protects the valve from accidental damage caused by collisons.
